Betty has been absolutely amazing! I first called only knowing we wanted a pool but having no idea what kind, size, options etc. Betty has been extremely patient as I have went back and forth trying to create the perfect backyard experience for my family! She has provided a ton of information and has always been prompt in getting back to me! Our pool is now installed and she has continued the same level of service helping us treat our pool for the winter! I highly Southern Pools and Spas for anyone that wants a quality product at a fair price with fantastic customer service!!
Savannah helped me today and was absolutely amazing!! She was so helpful and knowledgeable, and patient as I made decisions. I highly recommend Southern Pools for all supplies & chemicals!!
We originally bought our entire, above ground pool system from Southern Pools and Spas back in July 2022. I will be honest , we have had some issues with different things as there is a lot to know about setting up any pool and or Spa. My suggestion is the following … make sure if you have any issues , at all, tackle them with the Store Manager immediately. We didn’t and our frustration led us to the Store Managers who in turn had the technicians come out, fully inspect the system and fix some things that needed it. After that interaction, my husband and I were very satisfied.
We bought a pool and hot tub from Southern Pools and Spas. We love the products and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process! Couldn’t be happier!
Kendra, Kylie, Dawn, Savanna, Andrew ! What a TEAM! They helped me tremendously and the friendliest staff imaginable. Even for new employees they were knowledgeable and assisted me in my purchase of a pool cover. I will be coming back!!
I absolutely love this place and the people who work there!!! Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable!! Do NOT buy a pool or spa from anyone else!!! This company just rocks in every aspect: sales knowledge; kindness; understanding (for those newbies like me) and extreme customer service!!! 10 out of 10!!!
The staff has worked with me to fix water quality issues in my hot tub, even though I did not purchase the spa from them. The free water testing and advice on chemical use gives me peace of mind that I am doing the right thing to protect my investment.
My husband bought me a hot tub for our anniversary / my birthday and the whole experience was great! The employees were friendly and helpful in picking out the perfect spa for us. Delivery and set up was a breeze! Highly recommend Southern pools and Spas!!!!
Great customer service and works hard to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for in your pool! This is our first pool and they made the process very easy and was always very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. I’ve been a hot tubber for a year. The team at SP&S has been wonderful to help me navigate learning about my tub and its upkeep. Thanks to Kendra and Caleb for their friendly and excellent assistance when I dropped by the store today!
