I highly recommend Southern Pool and Spa, Bristol, Va. I have purchased two Caldera hot tubs and very satisfied with both. The only reason I got the second one was we wanted a larger hot tub. Betty and entire team answer any questions and are knowledgeable about the product they sell. The delivery guys were very professional and worked quickly to get the job completed.
