Betty has been absolutely amazing! I first called only knowing we wanted a pool but having no idea what kind, size, options etc. Betty has been extremely patient as I have went back and forth trying to create the perfect backyard experience for my family! She has provided a ton of information and has always been prompt in getting back to me! Our pool is now installed and she has continued the same level of service helping us treat our pool for the winter! We originally bought our entire, above ground pool system from Southern Pools and Spas back in July 2022. I will be honest , we have had some issues with different things as there is a lot to know about setting up any pool and or Spa. My suggestion is the following … make sure if you have any issues , at all, tackle them with the Store Manager immediately. We didn’t and our frustration led us to the Store Managers who in turn had the technicians come out, fully inspect the system and fix some things that needed it. After that interaction, my husband and I were very satisfied.
We bought a pool and hot tub from Southern Pools and Spas. We love the products and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process! Couldn’t be happier!
Kendra, Kylie, Dawn, Savanna, Andrew ! What a TEAM! They helped me tremendously and the friendliest staff imaginable. Even for new employees they were knowledgeable and assisted me in my purchase of a pool cover. I will be coming back!!

The staff has worked with me to fix water quality issues in my hot tub, even though I did not purchase the spa from them. The free water testing and advice on chemical use gives me peace of mind that I am doing the right thing to protect my investment.
