Betty has been absolutely amazing! I first called only knowing we wanted a pool but having no idea what kind, size, options etc. Betty has been extremely patient as I have went back and forth trying to create the perfect backyard experience for my family! She has provided a ton of information and has always been prompt in getting back to me! Our pool is now installed and she has continued the same level of service helping us treat our pool for the winter! I highly Southern Pools and Spas for anyone that wants a quality product at a fair price with fantastic customer service!!

We originally bought our entire, above ground pool system from Southern Pools and Spas back in July 2022. I will be honest , we have had some issues with different things as there is a lot to know about setting up any pool and or Spa. My suggestion is the following … make sure if you have any issues , at all, tackle them with the Store Manager immediately. We didn’t and our frustration led us to the Store Managers who in turn had the technicians come out, fully inspect the system and fix some things that needed it. After that interaction, my husband and I were very satisfied.

We bought a pool and hot tub from Southern Pools and Spas. We love the products and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process! Couldn’t be happier!

Great customer service and works hard to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for in your pool! This is our first pool and they made the process very easy and was always very helpful with any questions or concerns we had.
