We originally bought our entire, above ground pool system from Southern Pools and Spas back in July 2022. I will be honest , we have had some issues with different things as there is a lot to know about setting up any pool and or Spa. My suggestion is the following … make sure if you have any issues , at all, tackle them with the Store Manager immediately. We didn’t and our frustration led us to the Store Managers who in turn had the technicians come out, fully inspect the system and fix some things that needed it. After that interaction, my husband and I were very satisfied.
