This is a fast-paced, hands-on industry, and we are always looking for people who are positive, people-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to jump in. Pool and spa experience is not required. Most people do not come to us knowing the ins and outs of this business, and we do not expect you to. What we do expect is a good attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to ask questions, and a desire to help your team succeed.
We are a growing company with opportunities in retail sales, pool service, spa service, pool installation, warehouse, maintenance, office roles, hardscaping, electrical work, and more. Whether you are looking for a summer job, a long-term career, or a place where you can grow into something new, Southern Pools and Spas may be the right fit.
Our busiest season is April through June, and we will be honest, it can get a little chaotic. But it is also rewarding. You will stay busy, learn something new almost every day, and be part of a team that works hard to take care of our customers and each other.
